When dining out, most of us assume the service charge automatically goes to the server but if we're honest, it's unlikely many of us would actually bother to check. Well, perhaps we should. Our first piece today reports that an upmarket London restaurant has been accused of using the charge intended for waiting and bar staff to top up the salary of management. We hear from the workers caught up in the dispute about why the fair payment of tips is so important to them.

And it's that time of the week when MPs fill the commons to shout, heckle and insult each other. As always, we save you the pain of watching PMQs for yourself by bringing you our immediate verdict of the weekly encounter. Our piece today suggests that while most people would probably have sided with Corbyn's authentic approach, without a bit more professionalism he is unlikely to become a formidable opponent for Cameron.
