Osborne's fiscal charter is 'not credible'

If there's one thing the Tories are really good at it's PR. They create a message and repeat it over and over again until it becomes ingrained in all our minds. Whether that message is based on any substance is another matter. Our first piece today looks at George Osborne's fiscal charter and suggests that the chancellor's plans are little more than fairy tale nonsense.

Staying on the subject of bad policies, we look at Theresa May's plans for police and crime commissioners to be involved with the running of free schools for troubled children. It argues that the plans are more to do with flawed ideology than they are actual evidence.
