The argument around sex work is typically a heated one even between sex workers themselves.  Today we have a piece which suggests that criminalising the purchase of sex would put workers at greater risk. It argues that supporters of the "Swedish model" treat sex workers as victims and sex buyers as abusers.

If you missed today's PMQ's you can read all about it in our verdict of this week's encounter between David Cameron and Jeremy Corbyn. It suggests that the Conservatives' dominant position has left the prime minister increasingly blind to political pitfalls. Today he defended potentially hugely unpopular cuts to support for cancer patients, despite a growing rebellion among his own party on the issue.
