Depending on who you listen to David Cameron has either just negotiated a brilliant EU deal or a really terrible one. Our first piece cuts through the spin and tells you everything you need to know about the deal, in just five minutes.

A key part of the prime minister's negotiations was the idea of an "emergency brake" on paying benefits to new European migrants. It's an issue which always provokes much debate, but how often are the voices of migrants themselves heard? Today we have a video which hears from four people who have moved to the UK from Europe about why they came and what life has been like for them since they arrived.

Elsewhere, we have a report on the first head-to-head TV clash between the frontrunners for London mayor, Sadiq Khan and Zac Goldsmith. It suggests that Goldsmith finally begun to show some real fight and for the first time in the campaign, demonstrated why he has a real chance of winning in May.
