The battle for the future of the Labour party dominated our most-read pieces this week. In the newsletter today we have:
  • A report on Labour's increasing shift away from supporting the single market and freedom of movement
  • A comment piece on the same subject and Labour's cowardice towards standing up for the principles it pursued while in power
  • A piece looking at the disdainful attitude taken by Jeremy Corbyn's Labour opponents towards him and anybody associated with him
  • A report on the squalid living conditions experienced by those living in Nicola Sturgeon's constituency
  • And our most read story this week was our report on comments by Owen Smith suggesting that Momentum should be banned by the Labour party.
