Corbyn urged to make formal pact with Green Party

Today we report that Momentum chief Jon Lansman has suggested that Green party candidates should be allowed to stand on a joint ticket with Labour. The idea won the support of Caroline Lucas who said that while her priority was to get voting reform, she was also in favour of local electoral pacts between the two parties.

And, the recent paralympics were a display of how disabilities can be adapted for greatness but our next piece suggests that disabled people are not being given the chances they need to succeed in the workplace. It argues that a flexible welfare system would allow thousands access to work while still providing a much needed buffer.
