Today we report that Owen Smith has suggested that the Labour party should consider banning members of Momentum. He went on to describe the organisation as an alien creature which was parasitically using the party as a host organism.

Elsewhere, we report how the homeless charity St Mungo's has come under fire after serving their own tenants with eviction notices. This comes the day after Politics.co.uk revealed the organisation are accused of being 'complicit' in the deportations of EU rough sleepers.

And we hear from Lynne Featherstone on Theresa May's decision to proceed with Hinkley Point. She suggests that the prime minister has ignored all the evidence against the plans and that it will prove to be a costly mistake.
