Nigel Farage has been the face of Ukip for so long it's hard to imagine anyone else at the helm. Labour peer Lord Berkeley today writes for Politics.co.uk about how this and other major plans like HS2 and the Thames Tideway Tunnel are little more than unnecessary vanity projects.
