The undecided voters who could swing the EU referendum

Well, the polls are open and by this time tomorrow we should know how the country has voted. But even at this late stage there are plenty of people who are undecided. Our first piece today comes from the associate director of Ipsos MORI and suggests that it could be those who have been on the fence throughout the campaign who could swing the referendum.

Our live blog will kick off as soon as the polls close at 10pm and will bring you all the latest news and analysis of the results as they come in.

Elsewhere, we hear from the Refugee Council on how the Home Office has been detaining child refugees. A recent ruling by the High Court could mean that the government's current policy is unlawful and that children who have been affected by it could be entitled to damages.
