"I have been asked what would I ban immediately if I could. Advertising." -  Vivienne Westwood

Last summer's 'Are you beach body ready?' adverts were slammed by critics for portraying women with 'unrealistic' bodies. Hundreds of people complained to the UK ad watchdog about them and a petition calling for them to be taken down was signed by over 70,000 people. Now, we report that the new mayor of London has announced a total ban on advertisements appearing on the city's transport network which could "pressurise people to conform to unhealthy or unrealistic body images".

The group Migration Watch has made plenty of headlines today after warning that net migration will reach 250,000 a year if we remain in the EU. But our next piece suggests that if you look a little closer, the truth about immigration is buried within the report.

And finally, both Tony Blair and John Major have recently warned about the risks to the Northern Ireland peace process if we leave the EU. Our final item today argues that the real concern should be about how Northern Ireland would cope financially and suggests that there is a real possibility that Brexit could break up the UK.
