Whether it's Boris Johnson and his bananas or David Cameron and World War Three, we've had plenty of hysterical claims from both sides of the EU debate recently. The latest comes from the prime minister and George Osborne, who this morning warned that our jobs and homes would be at risk if we vote to leave. Our first piece today asks why if coming out of the EU would really be such a catastrophe, David Cameron called for the referendum in the first place. So, whose scare tactics seem to be working? Our next piece looks at the most recent polling and analysis which suggest that the Remain campaign is in the lead. It appears that the economy could be the deciding factor on June 23 and right now the Brexit camp are failing to win that argument. And, if new Home Office guidance on the Psychoactive Substances Act is anything to go by, police and courts are going to have a hell of a job deciding who is breaking the law and who isn't.
