Cannabis debate shows how irrational Westminster is

This morning we look at today's cannabis debate at Westminster Hall. Despite a petition signed by over 200,000 people demanding a debate, the government has already put out a statement ruling out any change in policy. Does this debate show just how irrational Westminster has become?

Elsewhere, we hear from the head of policy and government affairs at Amnesty International UK on the UK's relationship with Saudi Arabia. He says Cameron's vow of silence on Saudi human rights abuses must end.

And we have a piece which looks at the winners of this year's Nobel Peace Prize and suggests that the achievement of the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet proves that Arab countries can become healthy democracies.
