The weekend is nearly here and we've selected our top five stories for you to catch up on at your leisure. Here's what we have for you this week: - The report that says e-cigarettes are far healthier than smoking. With many people actually believing the opposite is true we suggest the anti-vaping campaigners who promote this misinformation are a threat to public health.
- A piece from a Green MEP who insists Jeremy Corbyn is not a magic path back to victory for the Labour party. She says the party must embrace the idea of a Red-Green coalition if they wish to return to power.
- A story about new advice from the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs on the scope and definitions of the psychoactive substances bill. They have clearly tried to make the proposals plausible but it is unlikely that the bill will ever make much sense.
- News that a blogger who sent tweets criticising some Labour councils has been banned from voting in the leadership election.
- And a piece by Ken Livingstone who says it is the Labour right who are out of touch, not Jeremy Corbyn.
