Are driverless trains really going to save us from Tube strikes?

Rather than meeting with Tube union leaders Boris Johnson seems to believe driverless trains are the solution to Tube strikes. But leaked plans by Transport for London revealed they don't expect automatically operated trains to be fully operational until the late 2020s. And even then human staff would still need to be present on any supposedly 'driverless' network so would this move really prevent strikes?
 
Elsewhere, we hear from a school food adviser who says the government must act to tackle the problem of holiday hunger. Research shows low income families in the UK struggle to afford food during the long summer holidays but what should be done and could America have the answer?
