A new politics forms in the furnace of Brexit

If we listen to Brexiters, those who wanted to remain in the EU should have got over it and moved on by now. So why are so many people still feeling bereft and angry? Well, our first piece today argues that it is less to do with the EU and more to do with what type of country we want to live in. It suggests that we are witnessing a new culture war in British politics.

There's no denying that the internet has made it easier to call out racism and abuse but it also makes it a lot easier for people to harass those they don't like. Today we hear from James Bloodworth about his own experience of having a Twitter stalker, he suggests that free speech shouldn't give a free pass to the online mobocracy.
