This is what we've got for you this week: News that the police commissioner for Durham has decided to no longer make the cultivation of cannabis a priority for his force. We ask if this could lead to real cannabis reform. With Michael Gove needing to make massive cuts to his department, there must be a temptation to privatise certain prison services.
