The Ched Evans case shows why we must start talking about consent

It's the legal case which just about everybody has an opinion on but our first piece today suggests one of the most important issues to come out of the Ched Evans case is the discussion around consent. It argues that despite having a legal system which requires that a perpetrator has a "reasonable belief" there was consent, many of our young people fail to have a good understanding of what that really means.

And, we have a piece which warns that the recent Home Affairs Committee report on antisemitism could do more harm than good. It suggests it appeared more focused on the Chakrabarti Inquiry and the Labour Party than offering new recommendations.
