Our lead item today reports that Theresa May's programme to deport foreign students from the UK on the basis of hearsay evidence is in ruins after the appeal court ruled against the Home Office.

Next, we have a piece highlighting the findings of a new report which reveals that LGBT asylum seekers face intimidation and discrimination in UK detention centres.

We also hear from the Lib Dem London Assembly member Caroline Pidgeon about the government's announcement on a third runway at Heathrow. She points out that Theresa May once campaigned against the plans and asks what's changed.

And finally, we have a piece which looks at comments made by Trevor Kavanagh about Fatima Manji and suggests they sound a lot like victim blaming.
