Today we have a piece which suggests that the Press Recognition Panel's decision to grant Impress 'Leveson compliant' status is good news for investigative journalists. It argues that free speech isn't just the right of the powerful to say what they like, but also the right of reply and correction. And, we hear from Amnesty International about why Boris Johnson must do more to secure the release of UK-Iranian dual nationals Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe and Kamal Foroughi. This piece suggests that there can be no "thaw" in Anglo-Iranian relations until this happens. |
