For most people, Christmas is about spending time with family, eating and drinking too much, and watching old movies on the television. But for rough-sleepers it's often the hardest time of year.

It also includes the stories of two people who have slept rough over Christmas and who explain how feelings of loneliness and isolation are exacerbated at this time of year.
