When it comes to how to tackle the problem of Syria and Isis there are clearly no easy answers. But perhaps the one person you would expect to have a strong, clear opinion on it would be Jeremy Corbyn. Our first piece today suggests this isn't the case, with his performance in this morning's Syria debate suggesting he's watering down his views to keep his party together.

Many people believe Isis are strengthened by financial support from Saudi Arabia but our second piece claims this is little more than a myth which it attempts to dispel. Alistair Sloane details how the terror group is actually a threat to the House of Saud which views them with real anxiety.

If you missed our coverage of the spending review yesterday, there's still time to get up to speed. We've one piece on the crafty means George Osborne uses to evade scrutiny, while Green leader Natalie Bennett says the spending review shows the Tories are running an "extremist government".
