Does Farage know anything about France?

Today we have a piece about Nigel Farage's speech last night, on the Paris attacks. It suggests it contained three key falsehoods that show the Ukip leader knows nothing about France, Islam or refugees.

Elsewhere, we report that Manchester council is to open up a series of empty buildings for rough sleepers. The move comes after numerous homeless camps were set up around the city.
